Check in time 3:00 pm and check out by 11:00 am, or by special arrangement.

No smoking, inside or anywhere near the house. No butts on the property.

Food in the bedrooms is discouraged.

No pets invited. None in residence. The wildlife is plentiful.

No children below 10 years.

Third person in a room, $25. - additional.

No credit cards. Payment by check or cash.

50% deposit required to hold a reservation, to be received within 10 days of reserving. After 10 days, the reservation will be dropped. On receiving your check I'll promptly send you a confirmation.

Two nights minimum expected, three preferred during holidays, *high season (Mid June - Labor Day, October ) and long holiday weekends at other times.

Full refund up to 2 weeks prior to "arrival" date. Within 2 weeks, funds held until date passes. If I can rebook the room, funds are returned in full, or may be applied to an alternate date. Deposit forfeited if not applied to another date within the calandar year. A $25 cancelation/rebooking fee may be charged.
